COMPANY PROFILE


RAYSPEED INDONESIA was founded on 1st April 2000 and firstly known as the International Freight Forwarding. Their motto, Experience Makes Difference encourages them in developing their human resources in order to provide professional service, customer satisfaction, and quick response.
However, they believe that a skill is not only main factor for this business; the basic foundation of all is the mentality of the person. That is why the president director is very eager to develop RAYSPEED’s staff mentality day to day.
At the end of 2000, RAYSPEED developed an International Courier Service as presently becoming one of their main services besides their Freight Forwarding Service. Looking at their experience and customer’s feedback, in 2001 RAYSPEED stated on the name card our three core values of RAYSPEED, they are; Ramah (Hospitality), Jujur (Honest), and Mudah Dihubungi (Easy to reach). It is not an easy job in applying those values, but it is a challenge for RAYSPEED to apply them. Although each person, believe or not, already had those values built in them.
On February, 2003, they opened the first International Branch in Malaysia, RAYSPEED (M) SDN BHD then followed on March 2003 in Singapore, RAYSPEED (S) PTE LTD.And on July 2005, they finally opened their first national branches in Purwakarta and Cikarang. “I am not the one who makes RAYSPEED until this further, but our team does. Without a wheel, a car cannot run. Without them we are not going to take off,” that what was the president director of RAYSPEED humbly said.
